This is my third Rocstor! I got my first one many years ago, and it is a 250GB. I now use it as a backup for my iBook when I travel. I purchased my first 1TB several months ago after having problems with two other brands. It has operated just as good as my old 250GB, so I purchased the latest (September 2010) when I needed even more backup for the many very large RAW files I store on my iMac.All three unites are quiet, extremely easy to use, great with firewire, very well built, and so far extremely dependable. I have not had experience with them with PC', but with my Mac's I do not think they can be beat at any price.
