I ordered these two days ago and they arrived this afternoon. I was able to set up and use without any issue. I needed sounded for an outdoor movie night with our neighborhood. After I planned it I realized my computer speakers would def not work for 20+ people outside on a lawn. These had good reviews, were cheap and, most importantly, promised to arrive in time for movie night.I tested in garage and realized I needed RCA to MP3 cord to send audio from my macbook pro. Although there isn’t a manual i hit “mode” until i saw the LED screen say “BLUE” for bluetooth. I jacked it up to ten (no idea what that dial does but i thought 10 was better than 0) and my computer connected within a minute. It plays a little bell jingle when you connect.At the movie the sound was excellent. I had master volume to 7 and it felt and sounded great. We watch “onward” which is a disney movie with big sounds and music. All sounded flawless. Very happy with this purchase. Comes with a mic too.I’m not a pro so this is for outdoor movies and other amateur stuff but I think anyone looking for speakers to use for outdoor movies, this is a great buy.The speakers are very light but also feel like high quality speakers. They have all kinds of buttons and doodads but i just want to connect sounds from laptop. I’m sure there’s a million more uses for them.My projector is by Goodee and it’s equally amazing.Bought to connect to my workstation keyboard. The price I paid was fair for the quality of the product.We ordered these about a year ago to use at an event, received them in the normal quick manner from Amazon, opened the boxes plugged them in and were immediately impressed with the quality of the sound, even at higher volumes. Definitely a good buy for the money! But, in just a few minutes the system stopped working, no reset or rebooting was available nor helpful. In the instructions booklet is a link to the JGA Electronics help line and we were VERY pleased to have gotten a very quick response. We posted a video of the problem through Facebook's Messenger, the JGA tech diagnosed the problem as a fatal failure of the amp and shipped us a replacement system that we got TWO days later and in time for our event. The JGA product support system is AWESOME and since we got this set it's worked very well for us, has been set up and used for a dozen or so events. They sound great inside or outside, would definitely recommend them as a great value! Thanks JGA!These speakers will get the job done but this sound quality leaves a bit to be desired. They are fine for practices and small gigs. The Low ends aren’t they cleans but with so tweaking of the mixer board, one can probably get at least a decent sounds....not great but decent. For the money, they are a good bargain. They are light (scary light) and easily transportable. BTW, one speaker is active and one is passive. Keep that in mind. The connectivity works well. The active speaker powers the passive one. I love low bass. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best sound, I rate it a 7. Not bad, but not great. Hope this helps.The sound is great. I have a stereo system in my garage which I thought was great, yeah well I'm now spoiled with these speakers. I wanted to see how much power they drew. I plugged the power cord into a 1500 watt inverter, which was connect to my deep cycle boat battery. I got 36 hours of music. The master and Bluetooth volume where both set to 50 %, during my testing of battery life. I can now take them to bon fires in the woods and have great loud music.Joe M. Lots of great sounding bass for the music that needs it . If you`re ready to be the star DJ on your block , get a system just like this one . Its worth it !!Used the sound system for an outdoor skateboarding competition involved approximately 75 skaters. Performance of the system was great. The cable for the microphone would not stay connected so we had to get a replacement quickly before the competition started that day.There is a hum coming from the speaker when it is not playing (and probably when it is).The vendor is not reachable to ask questions through any of the traditional methods.Reasonably good sound. Am using them as home office sound system attached to my Alexa.Just wish there was a way to get rid of the hum. Also have it playing iTunes from my PC via the RCA jacks.Works great except for the hum and being unable to reach out to the vendor with questions.
