Before buying this loveseat, I must've researched at least 100 others. I was initially a bit skeptical, as comparable ones I found were all 2-3x the price and even some of those didn't offer all the features this one did. So, in the end, I decided to try this one. And, am I glad I did. This is a high-quality piece of furniture that I have no doubt will last for years to come. Now, the process of ordering, shipping and assembly: Pre-order, I had a couple of questions and the seller answered all my queries extremely quickly and to my satisfaction. While I was leery of paying for shipping, the end price was still far, far below any other comparable loveseat. I ordered on Friday, the 19th, FedEx picked it up on the following Monday and the 4 boxes were delivered to me 2 days later. The seller had warned me that all 4 boxes may not arrive on the same day (they did) and if I had any assembly questions or problems or missing parts, to get ahold of them right away and they would get me taken care of immediately. None of those were an issue. My 71-year-old husband, who has terminal lung cancer, was able to completely assemble it and re-setup the room in less than 90 minutes by himself. The directions were very clear, with just one exception - the connecting of all the wires. The diagram for that is a mess and, after about ten minutes of being totally perplexed by that part, he simply used common sense and had it all wired in a few minutes. While not a wall-hugger, I had read some comments here that it needed to sit a mile away from the wall to recline fully (okay, maybe a tad less than a mile, but a significant distance.) That is NOT true. To be able to fully recline the seats, the top of the seat needs a mere 6 inches of clearance from the wall and the base, which is sloped as on most recliners, sits only 11.5 inches from the wall. The massage is wonderful - relaxing and soothing without scrambling your brains and innards like many. The cushioning is supportive, yet plush and comfortable. The PU leather is not cheap and flimsy. It is heavy-duty and will definitely stand the test of time. I haven't tried the heat function yet (Hey, it's summer!), but given the high quality of everything else, I'm sure it will be perfect, as well. I could not be happier with the purchase, whether it be the loveseat itself or the obvious excellent customer support. Given the price, compared to anything comparable, I almost feel guilty, as if I stole it from them. If you are looking for a full-featured, high-quality electric reclining loveseat, you will not be disappointed with this one.Edit: Upon reading the review, the seller (mfr) has already reached out to me to ask for advice on improving the intallation instructions in regards to the wiring, which I did complain about in my review. Just another sign of what a good company this is to deal with.. I expressed a problem and they immediately asked for advice on how to rewrite the manual to make it easier for others. I cannot express enough how much this company continues to impress me.The recline function works just fine but I can't get the massage or heating feature to work. The remote on one side briefly lights up and then turns off. the other remote doesn't do anything at all. everything is plugged in correctly but there seems to be an electrical short somewhere. the green light on the wall plug is doing a faint pulsating effect.UPDATE: Turns out the power supply cable and one of the remotes needed to be replaced. Everything is working now. Overall I am happy with this couch but only time will tell how long it will work and how long the synthetic leather material will hold up.It is comfortable however the company had to ship to of the same part to fix the problem. It did get fixed, and they worked well to make sure it was fixed.Loveseat with 2 recliners does not workHave asked for another loveseat or money back. Seller wants me to fix new loveseat by replacing motor. I have been trying to resolve issue before September 6, 2022. They are saying my coverage expired September 6, 2022. They keep wanting to send me parts to fix. Horrible Customer Service. I have been dealing with this for 2 months.Looks nice but doesn’t feel solid once sitting in it. Footrest fold up and crimps cushion. You need to manually uncrimp it.After 6 weeks of discussion I did receive a new unit. It is comfortable however the same folding issue is present. When foot rest is retracted it bunches up.
