This is for the 902 model. I have had it about a week. And i really like it. Install was as easy as could be. Starts up and connects to my phone quickly...like the fastest i have had on any of my past stereos. Screen is responsive and sharp looking. Stock sound is flat. It comes that way intentionally. Go to EQ and choose your type of music or tweak it in custom mode. Has plenty of sliders. And its louder than my previous stereo that claimed 50x4. The android link requires an app but works well. I have seen nicer. But on much more expensive units. Hooked up my subs through the subwoofer channel. My only complaint. It says the audio outs are pre amp. Meaning not effected by eq settings. But it is so...not pre amp which i needed. But to be honest can live without. Customer service is top notch. Mostly through fb messenger. But they did their best to help me resolve my issue, gave me the updates for the startup logo. And updated to the newest firmware. All within 24 hours of my first message. They even checked up on the issue and wished me well a few days later. Im blown away. Most companies, even well known companies dont respond or aren't helpful. Overall i feel like i should have paid more for this stereo. Simply because its of decent feature set, and excellent service. Better than buying something name brand and feeling like your money didnt matter.Im not one to write many reviews, but honestly felt this product and the customer support warranted a few minutes of my life. First, I needed to change out my radio in a 2000 F150. I obviously wanted all the bells and whistles of modern units, but didnt want to pay $500+. I can honestly tell you, this thing does just as much (if not more) that most units that cost triple what you pay for this thing. Ill start with the good: 10.1 screen is very bright, easy to see, the touchscreen is responsive, the forward looking cam is very clear and minimal lag, the radio and sound were impressive (expectations were low on this topic). Most importantly, the customer service is ridiculous. They answer email and facebook messenger, on just about any question. The directions for install is somewhat easy to understand (if you have never done this before, radio installs are not for the faint of heart), and this was on par with other installs I have done. If you want a radio with a Rear View Cam, forward looking cam, a USB interface with mirror screen, the ability to change your navigation app to whatever app you like to use, bluetooth, clear voice mic, decent sound, and a massive screen... then click buy now.The cons: it has 1GB of RAM, so it takes 20 seconds or so on start up to get everything loaded and ready for operation. Its not as fast my other Pioneer NEX unit, but then again, it costs hundreds less. Like I said above, the install is NOT for the faint of heart. Every car has its own design, and trying to fit 10.1 inches of tablet where it wasnt originally supposed to be, does not come without challenges. But I can tell you with 100% certainty, I am not an expert and it took me 1.5 days, but its in, hooked up, and works great.Customer Service: I cannot say enough about this. They send you their email and Facebook contacts. I tested this with a few install questions, they answered quickly (within hours). I had a question about how to change a certain theme from KPH to MPH, they wrote me back with pictures of some guy driving around in a car, literally taking pictures of the steps I needed to change it, then checked back in later to see if it worked and if I needed more help. Who does that in 2021?!? Highly Impressed.I bought this car stereo for my son because it came with both dash and backup cam, and allowed for BT and AUX music inputs. But we got so much more than I expected. I liked his so much I bought my self one.It's basically an Android tablet re-conned as a touch screen car stereo- which gives it great flexibility. In addition to the camera inputs, it also has built in steering wheel controls, Mirror Link (what's on your phone is mirrored on the screen), GPS and Google Maps, Wifi capable and Play store so you can add your own apps. Also it looks awesome and sounds great, clear and solid sound (4x60w) with built in equalizer. Multiple USB/Audio/Video inputs available.And while being a tablet based design is it's greatest strength, it is also the base of it's biggest weaknesses. First, the screen is 10.1 in, much bigger than the 7in double din port. The screen basically sits over the stereo dash kit. You will likely have to modify the dash kit to get it to fit. I was OK with that, you may not be. Secondly, the 'tablet' has only 1GB of RAM, which causing it to be a little slow waking up- and can cause the unit to lag if you have too many apps open/running at the same time.But over all I would absolutely recommend this product. I can't believe it too this long for someone to make a unit that does everything this one does.
